The Category 3 team is comprised of senior and junior riders. This mixture of experience and youth give the team a special dynamic. The team allows strong riders who have not yet reached the Cat 1/2 level a team structure to race within. It also allows upcoming junior riders a chance to compete with a team in the more difficult Cat 3 races. Junior riders also benefit from the older riders experience.
